Haven't been to Hop Sing for years but decided to give them a try for a takeaway meal. We had a chef special box meal each but had our doubts about the amount it would contain so also had a main dish each. We needn't have worried as the box meal was plenty big enough & with the extra it was enough to feed us the next day too. My Hubby is not usually a chips lover but they came in the container with his BBQ ribs so were covered in the sauce which he loved. The prawn toast was quite well done but that was fine for me as I like it like that. The sweet & sour could have done with a bit more zing but it was still good as was the chop suey. The chow mein was excellent & really tasty. The vegetable one was lovely & the meat in the beef one was really tender. We will definitely look at Hop Sing again for our next takeaway.
